When will I recieve my order?Orders are aimed to be delivered within 5 working days from date of dispatch. Please note that delivery will be calculated from the date your order is dispatched from the warehouse not the date your order is purchased. We attempt to dispatch items as soon as available, but this is not always possible. Please allow a period of 5-7 business days for your order to dispatch before contacting Us for support. Note that items ordered on a weekend or Bank Holiday can not be guaranteed dispatch until the next Working Day If you are worried about your order, or would like an update, please use our Online chat or email sales.morgenmediawalls@gmail.com to speak to a representative.

What are my delivery options?Free Delivery (5 Business days) is available for Mainland UK addresses, subject to postcode. Addresses within 50KM of Warrington, Cheshire UK qualify for this delivery. Standard Delivery (5 Business Days) is available for Mainland UK addresses at a flat rate of £80 Please note that delivery is calculated from date of Dispatch NOT date of order. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as available but this is not always possible. Please allow for a period of 5-7 business days for your order to dispatch. Can I return furniture made to order/ bespoke?No, furniture that is made to order/ bespoke, is not subject to general returns unless proven damaged by the manufacturer ONLY. If damaged, contact sales.morgenmediawalls@gmail.com to arrange inspection, repair or replacement. This will be provided for bespoke furniture proved damaged by the manufacturer ONLY. In the case of manufacture damage, the cost of repair or replacement will be borne by Morgen Media Walls & Fires. Customer or 3rd party damage is the financial responsibility of the customer only, NOT Morgen Media Walls & Fires.

Can I return Electric Fires ?Yes, Electric Fires are subject to returns providing they have not been installed and are returned in full original packaging. Electric Fires returned without original packaging, or with obvious signs of use will NOT be accepted for returns. Cost of returns to manufacturer will NOT be covered by Morgen Media Walls and is the sole responsibility of the customer.
